Vilanova - changed york thermostats for Nest.2 bed rooms and living room. Great job. They succeeded in installing a nest with a brushless motor DC, where i can control fan speed from the NEST thermostat , in bedrooms... 2 other companies could not do it. It is expensive..but worth it. Strongly recomended for ac units. I will try them for maintenance as well. York company, which provided units in Vilanova said it was impossible. Well...they made it work.Good job.
